National Museum of Ireland Natural History

The Natural History Museum is home to several species of animals.
This museum is in Dublin City. It was built in 1856 to house the Royal Dublin Society. The building was designed by architect Frederick Clarendon in harmony with the National Gallery of Ireland on the other side of Leinster Lawn.
The natural history collections comprise approximately two million specimens.
The collections are from around the world.
